Pertinent Information for all Stagestruck Tours

WHEN SIGNING UP FOR A TOUR, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE CELEBRATING
ANY SPECIAL OCCASION (BIRTHDAY’S, ANNIVERSARIES, ETC.)

DEPOSITS ARE DUE AS FOLLOWS:

All tours( except New York City Shows and multi-day trips).....$ 10.00 deposit when making reservation
All New York City shows.........................................................$ 50.00 deposit when making reservation
All tours multi-day trips over three days.....................................$100.00 deposit when making reservation

SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ON ALL OUR MOTORCOACH TOURS. They will be assigned in the order that reservations/deposits are received. Therefore it is necessary that you give us the names of all individuals who will be traveling together in order to assure seating together. The earlier you deposit for the tour, the closer to the front of the bus you will be seated. Special needs will be taken into account also so please inform the office of any special requirements.

PLEASE GET YOUR DEPOSIT IN EARLY In most cases, the facility wants a final count two weeks before our arrival so I really need your commitment to go early on; don’t wait until the last minute to book your seats!

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Refunds of deposits and full payments will be made only in the event of a cancellation up until three weeks prior to the trip departure. After that time, refunds will be made only if the seats can be resold. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DEPARTURE UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RESELL THE TICKETS.

IF A TRIP SHOULD HAVE TO BE CANCELED because of lack of interest, I will notify you in plenty of time and you will have the option of transferring the balance to another trip, taking a refund or we may take a smaller bus if it is available. NOTE: I try to run every trip and sometimes we take a 15 passenger van just so I don’t have to disappoint people by canceling

GRATUITIES: The gratuities of the motorcoach driver are not included in the price of the tour. For your convenience, envelopes will provided for this. Tipping is voluntary, however, a rule of thumb for tipping for these services is generally a dollar per person per day for the driver.

PLEASE NOTE: Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted on STAGESTRUCK motorcoach tours. Ample rest stops will be made enroute.

PARKING YOUR VEHICLE:
Mahanoy Center (Karn’s Market/ Dollar Store),New Bloomfield. Park at the east end (“Dollar Store” end) of the parking lot in the outside curved area as far from the Dollar Store as you can.
Summerdale Plaza, Summerdale We park just south of the Summerdale Mall....there was an Eat'n Park there but it has closed and we can use the parking lot behind it.  Turn in before the skating rink.

STAGESTRUCK TOURS IS INSURED THROUGH THE BERKELY LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY

“Stagestruck Tours” and its affiliated entities and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because “Stagestruck Tours” does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, “Stagestruck Tours” assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent and or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.
