            Welcome to a new exciting year of travel destinations!  We hope that you will find some tours in here that appeal to you.  Many of you have asked for more concerts at American Music Theatre so we added them.  Along with dinner theatres, a Branson trip, Women of Faith and a Myrtle Beach week for both the golfer and non-golfer, we think we have a great schedule lined up.  A word of advice, signup early….a lot of these theatres and venues like to know how many in the group, weeks in advance…so don’t wait until the last minute to signup.

            Also if you look at your address label, you will have one of two codes, an “OK” or a ***.  I try to keep good records of who travels on our trips through the years although I did have a computer crash in 2008 and lost a bunch of data!  At the rate that postage is going, I am going to trim the mailing list down so if you have gone on more than 2 trips with us since 1999 you have an “OK” and will continue to receive the newsletter.  If you just started traveling with us naturally you might not have two trips, so disregard the ***!  You can always check out the website for the latest tours.

SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ON ALL OUR MOTORCOACH TOURS. It is necessary that you give us the names of all individuals who will be traveling together in order to assure seating together. Special needs will be taken into account also so please inform the office of any special requirements.

PLEASE SIGN ON EARLY In most cases, the facility wants a final count two weeks before our arrival so I really need your commitment to go early on; don’t wait until the last minute to book your seats!  NOTE: The long trips, I need to cancel at least a month ahead.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Refunds of deposits and full payments will be made only in the event of a cancellation up until three weeks prior to the trip departure. After that time, refunds will be made only if the seats can be resold. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DEPARTURE UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RESELL THE TICKETS.




IF A TRIP SHOULD HAVE TO BE CANCELED because of lack of interest, I will notify you in plenty of time and you will have the option of transferring the balance to another trip, taking a refund or we may take a smaller bus if it is available. NOTE: I try to run every trip and sometimes we take a 15-passenger van just so I don’t have to disappoint people by canceling.
