            This exciting 2-day event is a mix of laughter, music, and stories that will touch your heart. Bring your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors—any woman you know who needs a new perspective.  Over the course of the two-day event you'll hear fabulous music, watch stirring drama, listen to hilarious and heart-tugging stories, and join thousands of women in worship.             For those of you have attended a Women of Faith conference before you will notice some changes that were made by the corporate offices. The Friday daytime conference has been deleted because they wanted to make the conference more ÒavailableÓ for working women and mothers. Also the lunches have been discontinued because of the expense of putting them together and distribution, however there are many great eating places within walking distance of the Verizon Center.  However the programming with all the great motivational speakers will be the same ( with less commercial stuff on Saturday) so you wonÕt miss any of the great speakers and singers.  Also the lunches have been discontinued because of the expense of putting them together and distribution, however there are many great eating places within walking distance of the Verizon Center.  We will probably not be able to get into the rooms when we first arrive so wear comfortable clothing for touring and good walking shoes, however you will be able to get into the rooms and freshen up before the first session

          7:45 AM    DEPART Summerdale     Breakfast stop enroute

         10:30 AM    ARRIVE Washington, DC

From here on you are Òon your ownÓ and you will have the entire day to sightsee in our NationÕs capital!!!  The buildings and museums are all free and you will be provided with a map so you can plan your adventure.

           7:00 PM    Evening session begins

         10:00 PM    Friday Night conference over

          8:30 AM    DEPART Hotel

          9:00 AM    Saturday Conference starts

         12:00 PM    Lunch

           5:00 PM    Conference Over  (Supper stop enroute home)

          8:45 AM    ARRIVE Summerdale (TIME BASED ON TRAFFIC AND GETTING OUT OF WASHINGTON)

           9:30 PM    ARRIVE New Bloomfield     

PRICE: Double (2 per room)  $245 per person

             Triple (3 per room)   $225 per person

             Quad (4 per room)   $215 per person

INCLUDES: Women of Faith Conference, Motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations at Washington Renaissance Marriott/luggage handling/ gratuities.  Meals will be on your own.

TERMS: $50.00 per person deposit due within five days of making your reservation

PARKING YOUR VEHICLE:   

Mahanoy Center (Karns) in New Bloomfield.  Park at the east end (ÒDollar StoreÓ end) of the parking lot away from the store parking area.

Summerdale Plaza, Summerdale About a half mile south of the Summerdale Plaza is a vacated ÒEat n ParkÓ Restaurant and next to it is a roller rink.  Turn in between the restaurant and rink and park behind the restaurant.

SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ON ALL OUR MOTORCOACH TOURS.  They will be assigned in the order that reservations/deposits are received.  Therefore it is necessary that you give us the names of all individuals who will be traveling together in order to assure seating together.    The earlier you deposit for the tour, the closer to the front of the bus you will be seated.  Special needs will be taken into account also so please inform the office of any special requirements.  

PLEASE GET YOUR DEPOSIT IN EARLY In most cases, the facility wants a final count two weeks before our arrival so I really need your commitment to go early on; donÕt wait until the last minute to book your seats!

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:  Refunds of deposits and full payments will be made only in the event of a cancellation up until three weeks prior to the trip departure.  After that time, refunds will be made only if the seats can be resold.  NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DEPARTURE UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RESELL THE TICKETS.         

IF A TRIP SHOULD HAVE TO BE CANCELED because of lack of interest, I will notify you in plenty of time and you will have the option of transferring the balance to another trip, taking a refund or we may take a smaller bus if it is available.

GRATUITIES:  The gratuities of the motorcoach driver are not included in the price of the tour.  For your convenience, envelopes will provided for this.  Tipping is voluntary, however, a rule of thumb for tipping for these services is generally a dollar per person per day for the driver.

PLEASE NOTE: Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted on STAGESTRUCK motorcoach tours.  Ample rest stops will be made enroute.

Because ÒStagestruck ToursÓ does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, ÒStagestruck ToursÓ assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent and or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.
